We offer worldwide shipping, with the buyer covering shipping costs outside Germany.
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same working day. However, this does not apply to purchases over €1,000 outside Europe, as an export note is required for this, or for shipments sent by a freight forwarder. For particularly urgent deliveries, you can choose express shipping.
For each of our products you can select the condition, with the following categories available:
New (OVP): Unused and undamaged items in the original packaging.
New (without original packaging): Unused and undamaged items that may no longer be in the original packaging.
Like New: Items that look like new and show only minimal signs of wear. Very Good: Items that show only light signs of wear and are fully functional. Good: Items that show normal signs of wear but are still fully functional.
Acceptable: Items that show more severe signs of wear but are functional.
Defective / DIY: Items that are no longer functional or have significant damage. These items are usually sold for spare parts or for repair. If there are major differences between the condition categories, e.g. broken casing, a separate image is added for the affected category. Otherwise, grades such as "Very Good" and "Good" can only be distinguished from one another by increasing signs of wear.
The E-Stand on Siemens industrial electronics products provides information about the development and modifications of a specific product. It is a classification system that Siemens uses to identify different production and development stages within a product type. Each E-Stand can include technical improvements, adjustments or other changes.
An important point to note is that products with different E-levels are not always directly interchangeable. Technical characteristics may differ between versions, which means that compatibility with your existing plant or system may not always be guaranteed. It is advisable to carefully check whether the new product is compatible with the corresponding E-level for your application before making a replacement.
We attach great importance to transparency in our shop. That's why we list the E-Stand for every Siemens industrial electronics product so that you know exactly which version you are purchasing. This should help you make an informed decision.
